Taylor Swift is keeping her head down before appearing in court next week for her assault trial against former DJ David Mueller.

The 27-year-old songstress was spotted leaving her New York City apartment wearing all black on Wednesday.

Hidden between an entourage that included her mother Andrea and father Scott, Swift made a quick getaway into a waiting vehicle

The blonde popstar wore a over sized black sweatshirt and held the hood over her face as she escaped through the back door of her apartment building.

Her long legs were fully-covered in a pair of black tights and she wore black Nike running shoes. 

Sporting a black backpack, Swift used a pair of dark shades to shield her eyes as she followed a bodyguard to a waiting vehicle.

Security guards used umbrellas to help block her parents from the cameras as they entered the backdoor.

New British boyfriend Joe Alywan was nowhere to be seen.

Taylor is scheduled to be in Denver next week to testify in her assault trial against former DJ David Mueller, who she claims groped her during a photo op in 2013
