 Senior Pastor of the General Overseer of Living Faith Church aka Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo and his wife, Faith, are celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary today August 21st.


They got married in 1982 and have four children. Celebrating his wife on social media, Pastor Oyedepo wrote;

Why National Broadcasting Corporation Banned Davido, Olamide And 9ice’s Songs

 The National Broadcasting Corporation NBC has placed a ban on some of Nigeria’s most popular tunes for alleged violation of the commissions rules and regulations regarding music lyrics and videos.

The commission which is responsible for making sure there is a degree of sense and meaning in the contents released by Entertainers into the industry has deemed it fit to ban Olamide’s new jam WO and his previous song Wavy Level amongst other songs.
Davido’s Banana anthem FALL did not survive the blow neither did the remix of IF. Another song that was listed for ban was 9ice’s controversial song Living Things, a song that has been criticized to be a glorification of fraudsters.

It could be recalled that the visual for Olamide’s new song was released just some days ago and the Ministry of Health already consider it a hazard to the nation giving the level of indiscriminate smoking seen in the already viral video.
The ban implies that these songs would no longer be played on TV stations and radio stations

Kim Kardashian Is Definitely Having A Third Child With Kanye West

 During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, business entrepreneur, reality show star and mother of 2, Kim Kardashian confirmed that she and her husband, Kanye West are trying to have another child, but she didn’t state if they are trying through a surrogate or if she is trying to have the baby herself.

 Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are set to expand their family again, this time through a surrogate who already is three months pregnant.
According to US Magazine, the surrogate mum has been revealed to be a San Diego woman who is in her late 20s, and the baby will be here by January 2018.


The reports adds that the KUWTK star and her rapper husband chose the perfect person – in that the woman had served as a surrogate before. The woman reportedly will be paid “$45,000 in 10 monthly installments of $4,500”, and in case the pregnancy results in multiples, the couple will “fork over $5,000 per additional child.”
The couple already made a $68,850 given to the agency that linked the surrogate.
The Wests had often spoken up about wanting more children through a surrogate, since the reality star faces health risks if she dared get pregnant again.

Kim Kardashian suffered two dangerous health conditions during her last two pregnancies — Preeclampsia (which symptoms such as massively swollen feet, face and weight gain), and also placenta acreeta – a condition where the placenta refuses to come out after delivery.
During her pregnancy with her second child Saint, her doctors feared she would face similar condition. She was under intensive supervision, and later had her son 3 weeks early
Now, they are getting more babies, this time through a trusted source.

When asked about having a third child, she said:

‘I hope so’.
‘There have been a lot of things said and Kanye and I have not confirmed anything. We’re definitely trying. We are hoping so.‘

The Story Of This Loyal Dog Who Has Stayed At His Master’s Grave For 10 Years Is Touching

 A dog has given a new meaning to loyalty by remaining at his dead owner’s graveside for more than 10 years after the man passed away in Argentina.


Miguel Guzmán, Capitan’s owner, died in 2006 and was buried in a cemetery. One day after the funeral, the German Shepherd vanished from the family home on Cordoba and went to the grave where he has remained since then till date.


Cemetery workers, unable to get him to leave,  have been feeding and caring for him. They say it seems as though he’s waiting for the day when he’ll finally be reunited with his master.
Though almost totally blind and barely able to walk, Captain who is now 15 years old continues his ritual of sitting by his master’s grave.

Mr Guzmán bought Captain in 2005 as a pet for his 13-year-old son Damian before he died the following year. The day after the funeral, Mr Guzmán’s wife and son couldn’t find the canine so they launched a search for the dog and finally found him a 45 minute drive away in the village where Mr Guzman had been taken to be buried. It was a mystery how Captain found the grave considering that he had not been taken there before.

Efforts by Damian to take the animal home proved futile as he always escaped and returned to the grave side, so they decided to leave him there.
The cemetery’s director Hector Baccega remembers the day he first saw the dog.
He said: “He turned up here one day, all on his own, and started wandering all around the cemetery until he eventually found the tomb of his master. During the day he sometimes has a walk around the cemetery, but always rushes back to the grave. And every day, at six o’clock sharp, he lies down on top of the grave stays there all night.”

In a recent interview with Bloomberg, Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, said that the first thing he would do if he buys Arsenal club is to fire the club manager, Arsene Wenger. Dangote said he will consider making an offer to buy the club once the $11 billion oil refinery he is constructing in Lagos is completed.
“The first thing I would change is the coach. He has done a good job, but someone else should also try his luck.” he said
Wenger who renewed his two-year contract with Arsenal in May this year, is one of Europe’s longest-serving manager. He was first appointed in 1996 and has won three Premier League titles and seven FA Cup trophies.

How Nigerian Lady Became The Best Graduating Student In UK University

 A Nigerian lady, Miss Tioluwani Comfort who bagged the 2017 best graduating student with distinction in Law (LLM) at Bangor University formerly called University of Wales, United Kingdom, has attributed her success to prayers.


According to her she didn’t read much but prayed hard.
In her words;

I don’t, but I am quite studious. I attribute my success to the Lord Jesus Christ because nobody receives anything on earth except it be given to him from heaven because in all fairness, I never expected that I would graduate with a distinction in LLM Law let alone graduate as the best student. Romans 9:16: “So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.” I cannot claim that I read a lot but I can claim that I prayed a lot to achieve this. Thus I attribute this success to Jesus, who is the lifter of my head. The prayers of my parents also went a long way to make this happen. It symbolises the fact that Jesus still answers prayers. Also, faith in God with hard work pays.

Pakistani Activist, Malala Wins A Place In Oxford University And She Is Thrilled

 Nobel peace laureate Malala Yousafzai, who was shot by the Taliban for advocating education for girls in her native Pakistan, announced Thursday she has won a place to study at Oxford University.

“So excited to go to Oxford!!” the 20-year-old posted on Twitter, along with a picture of the message she received confirming her acceptance on the philosophy, politics, and economics course.

The announcement came on the day that students across Britain received the results of their A-levels, exams taken at the end of secondary school.

She was flown to the central English city of Birmingham for treatment and has lived there with her family ever since, continuing her education and activism.
Yousafzai was granted the Nobel Peace prize aged 17 in 2014 along with India’s Kailash Satyarthi for their championing of children’s rights.

In July, she opened a new Twitter account on her last day of school, an experience she described as “bittersweet”
“I know that millions of girls around the world are out of school and may never get the opportunity to complete their education,” Yousafzai wrote.
But she said she was “excited” about her future and promised to continue “fighting for girls”.
PPE is a prestigious course that has produced many British politicians and world leaders, including late Pakistani prime minister Benazir Bhutto.

Charlotte Crosby has shocked fans by tearfully claiming she’s SPLIT from boyfriend Stephen Bear in an emotional video.

The reality star – who hosts MTV show Just The Tattoo Of Us with Bear – sobbed as she told her Snapchat followers on Wednesday night that their romance is now over.

‘I love Stephen more than anything in the world but I don’t think I’m what he wants right now,’ Charlotte, 27, explained in the footage.

‘So I can’t carry on trying to fight for a relationship where the other person isn’t fighting as hard.

‘Maybe my reasons aren’t as validated as his things but I don’t know why I’d get so upset about someone who doesn’t care.

‘I know you think you know my life but you don’t know the half of it because there’s a lot of things that a lot of people just don’t know.’

Charlotte went on to suggest that she thinks Bear, 27, has been ‘selfish’ but also praised him for being the ‘best boyfriend’ and confirmed he hadn’t cheated on her.

‘I love Stephen so much but when someone is so selfish to always put themselves in front and not even care about the little things that you ask them to do just makes you question if they care at all,’ the former Geordie Shore star revealed as she started to well up.

‘He’s been the best boyfriend to us and he’s been faithful and he gets us anything I want.

‘I can’t put him down in that way. But I’m so upset to day and I’ve been so upset for a little while and I just wish I could tell you lot why. I just don’t feel like he cares as much.’

Charlotte appeared to have filmed the video in the back of a car after leaving an In The Style party celebrating the launch of Love Island star Olivia Attwood’s range.

The Sunderland lass also posted a message on Twitter reading: ‘Guttered that me and Stephen had to separate but I tried my hardest and it obvs wasn’t good enough.’

She appears to have since deleted the post though.

Meanwhile Bear has kept quiet about it all but fans have inundated both him and Charlotte with messages expressing their shock at the supposed split.

Chris Brown Still Loves Rihanna, Opens Up On The Night He Assaulted Her

 Chris Brown has shared a preview of his new documentary Welcome to My Life in which he addressed personal issues, including his violent attack on Rihanna in 2009, an incident that almost ruined his career.


Recall that in 2009, the Sorry singer attacked Rihanna on Grammy night. The duo briefly separated, reunited again, but finally went their separate paths in 2013, after Rihanna began following Drake.
Even though they were never seen together again and never directly talked to each other on social media, Rihanna still voiced concern and care for the singer, like she told Vanity Fair in 2015, where she said she will still care for the singer until the day she dies.
Last year, Chris Brown started works on his documentary, even shared a sneak peak to stir interest. Now, the singer has shared a low preview of the documentary and he talked at length about what happened that night of the attack and how he felt afterwards.
According to him, it started with Rihanna finding out that he cheated with someone who worked for him in the past.

“She hated me. After that, I tried everything. She didn’t care, she just didn’t trust me after that. From there, it just went downhill because it would be fights, it would be verbal fights, physical fights as well,” he shared.
“I still love Rihanna, but I’m just going to be honest: We would fight each other, she would hit me, I would hit her, but it never was OK. It was always a point to where we talk about it like, ‘What the f–k are we doing?’” He continued.

Things took a worse turn when the woman he cheated with walked up to say hello to him and Rihanna at the pre-Grammys Clive Davis party, and this didn’t sit well with the Barbadian singer.

I look over at Rihanna and she’s bawling, she’s crying,” he said, and when they got into the car, everything changed. “I remember she tried to kick me, just like her beating s–t, but then I really hit her. With a closed fist, like I punched her and it busted her lip. And when I saw it I was in shock, I was like, f–k why did I hit her like that?”

He continued,

“From there she’s spitting blood in my face, it raised me even more. It’s a real fight in the car and we were driving in the street…She tried to grab for my phone, and I’m not giving her my phone, to throw it out the window.”

He says he pulled over in Hancock Park:

‘I’m just trying to resolve the situation, I’m not trying to fight.’
‘She takes the keys out of the car…and fakes it like she throws them out of the window,’ he added.
I get out the car and I’m looking for the keys and somebody yelled and she yells out her door, “Help, he’s trying to kill me.”‘

He says he attempted to find the keys, but she was sitting on them.
The father of one adds that the event left him feeling like “a monster”. Though they revived their relationship in 2013, they separated again, for good.

Britney Spears Is Changing Her Will For This Reason

Singer Britney Spears has filed legal documents asking for permission to change her will so her sons can’t inherit her entire fortune until they are 35.
The change is in order to protect her sons because she believes it would be a bad idea for them to inherit so much money at just 18. To make the changes, Britney has to go to court because her father has conservatorship over her assets. Britney’s father and her attorney Andrew Wallet have had control of her assets and all her finances since her very public meltdown in 2007 before her sons, Sean,11, and Jayden,10, were born.

Britney’s will, which was drafted before she gave birth to her sons during her marriage to dancer Kevin Federline, currently states that the boys will inherit her entire estate if she dies. Britney feels it wouldn’t be a good idea for them to get the lump sum at once and she intends to change it so that they would receive some access when they are 18 and then some more when they are 25 and then again when they reach 35
